Real Dadz Stand Up

If you're from da streets, you can count yourself lucky to have one fair shot to get out as we have to do more than just bring a baby into this world to be a real father. And if you don't want to be a real father to your child, then I'm calling on other strong black men to come and fill you shoes. Because there's too many mothers raising kids alone in our community. And when a real dad takes care of his people and responsibilities, you can see the difference in the family household, how the child acts, and how the kids seem to have a little more respect for adulthood, when a real man is present.

You got a majority of real black men doing a fantastic job of raising they kids, in giving them the true fundamentals of everything they need to know. I think that black men get a bum rap, that the racist society we live in wants to depict us black men as uneducated to the point that we can't do nothing. But you still got a majority of black men struggling, working, and making an impact in the community in which they live. And they are helping to raise their children.

It's up to real black men to confront the challenge of us raising our kids to make sure that they grow with a purpose in life, in having goals and dreams that they want to accomplish, and not let them be nothing else but successful. If you look at the statistics, you will see that there are too many babies being born to single mothers, who are also to blame for opening they legs to men that they don't know nothing about.

And we got to make our black men notice the fact that we are at war and all our kids are being killed. We can't just make babies and not take care of them, or not interact with them, because a majority of all black men (ages 20-29) are either in jail, in prison, or under a parole officer's supervision. And the struggle continues on.

I salute the real black men working two jobs to take care of they families, making sure they daughters don't date any wannabe thugz, as we got a lot of haters thinking us blacks are just lazy bums by saying we are all some pymps, dope dealaz, and rap artistes. There are a million negative stereotypes about us black men that we should not allow anybody to say anything about, and to put an end to the racial oppression that continues to threaten our survival.
