Dear gavin6942,

I write in reply to the recent comment you had left on my blog. You ask whether I have any tangible evidence indicating gangsters Mohammad Binwalee and Dion Russell having any connection to former reputed Milwaukee mobster, Max Adonnis.

First, I need to tell you what's been happening with my case since my last blog post. In January 2015, a Milwaukee judge cleared the way for me to retain an accredited attorney to independently investigate my case and have my claims of factual innocence and Milwaukee police misconduct and cover up heard in open court. That ruling from the Milwaukee judge has culminated in monies being raised on my behalf to retain attorney Christopher W. Rose of Kenosha, Wisconsin. At the very moment, Attorney Rose's focus of the Milwaukee Police Department's investigation and involvement in the Binwalee and Russell homicides in this case is wide-ranging and not just focused on one specific area to build a larger picture surrounding the factual circumstances of the two murders on August 19, 1989.

Second, this leads me to your inquiry for specific information in this case regarding the alleged connection between two gang members, Max Adonnis, and informant Edward Piscitello. On this front, I am asking you to please contact Attorney Rose directly at (262) 657-7556 or (262) 658-8550. By copy of this reply, I have authorized Attorney Rose to release to you any appropriate documents for your review. In the meantime, I want you to know that the evidence of which you seek in this manner is confirmed in internal law enforcement documents that the two gangsters' connection to Adonnis was through informant Piscitello. That's backed up by my sworn affidavits of Piscitello, who was a longtime reliable informant for the Milwaukee law enforcement community since the 1970s.

Again, by copy of this reply and its contents, Attorney Rose is being notified of your recent comment for information. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your interest in my case.

Very truly yours,
Scott A. Heimermann
