MORE RETALIATION DIRECTED AT MUISE - DOC SHOWS ITS TRUE COLORS - MODERN DAY GULAG
On Thursday, May 5, 2016 MCI Shirley IPS Guard Perry traveled to MCI Norfolk, on the taxpayers dime, in an attempt to interview Timothy J. Muise concerning the fabricated out of whole cloth allegations that Muise was involved in a "plot to build a computer". Muise informed Perry, in unmistakable terms, that he was represented by Counsel and would not be speaking to him. A wasted trip for the taxpayers.
When Muise was removed from the interview room he was notified by Norfolk SMU Lieutenant Purcell that he had been placed on "Level 'A' Escape Risk Status". OUTRAGEOUS! and obviously fully retaliatory in nature as Level "A" risk status is reserved for prisoners who have escaped previously, attempted to escape, or have been found in possession of escape tools. None of these criteria fit Muise. This latest repugnant act by the DOC is absolutely in retaliation for Muises work with the Legislative Harm Reduction Caucus, his prisoner rights activism, and his refusal to cooperate in this farce of an investigation of false and concocted allegations. Bottom line is that Muise is being targeted for exercising his constitutional rights - that is actionable - and he will see these criminal abusers of the modern day gulag in court. There can be no doubt that Muise is stronger than this gulag's abusers are cruel. He will prevail.
What follows are some typical responses to the atypical types of complaints Muise makes which stick in the craw of the gulag turnkeys. More to come...

A speech bubble has been drawn on the photo from the person’s mouth to the left of the person saying, “Free Speech!” and a thought bubble is to the right of the person saying, “Level A Status”.]

Re: Chow Hall
Dear Mr. Muise:
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (Department) has received your letter requesting the inmate dining hall be ordered closed. In your letter you state the Department has found the hall "structurally unsound", which is incorrect. The dining hall has been cited for damaged flooring. You continued by saying the plans to build a new building have been cancelled. That is also incorrect and a contract has been awarded with an estimated completion date of January 2019.
The Department will be requesting MCI Shirley provide a detail of precautions they will initiate to ensure inmate and staff safety while awaiting completion of the new building.
Sincerely,

Re: Scabies & Cleaning Supplies
Dear Mr. Muise:
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (Department) has received a complaint stating MCI Shirley is not using hot water to wash inmate clothing and linens and that there have outbreaks of Scabies. I have included the DPH Fact Sheet regarding treatment and prevention of Scabies with the sections for washing items in hot water.
The complaint further states the cleaning chemicals are diluted so that they are ineffective. Please provide the procedures used in mixing cleaning and disinfecting supplies.
Sincerely,
