The NorfolkWorld/WallyWorld Food Services Director, the Green ChickenHead, has made recent threats to "stick to the menu!" and "do away with ice cream!". And to that we respond: RUB THE ICE CREAM ON YOUR PIGEON CHEST!
The old days of "food Nazism" are over and the new day of "food litigation" is at hand. The U.S. District Court will decide what the food will be and the Green Chickenhead will have his wings clipped.
In my layman's understanding of the law attempting to "poison" someone is a crime. When the Green Chickenhead ordered kitchen workers to serve obviously rotten salmonella chicken, he committed a crime against the person(s). "Attempted murder." But when the IPS investigated all the Green Chickenhead got was a verbal reprimand. But what he did not know was smart men with wherewithall documented his tactics, secured food labels, and obtained affidavits from the kitchen workers. In the near future comeuppance will be had. We will throw the Green Chickenhead a real special retirement party!
