Tim Muise got lugged because he exposed the crimes of the Inner Perimeter Security Team at MCI Shirley. The sadistic abusers of that "squad" fabricated a so-called "plot to build a computer," but the truth is that Tim put the investigators out there at the February 26, 2016, Phase II meeting with legislators and they retaliated against him. These IPS investigators at MCI Shirley are criminals and Tim let the government know right in front of their faces.

The former commander of the Shirley IPS, now Shirley's deputy superintendent, and his sycophant sergeant, went to the mental health clinician of Scott Rose and instructed her to take Scott of his mental health medication. A short time later Scott committed suicide. These two long-time abusers from the IPS squad are murderers just as sure as any convicted man in prison and deserve to be punished, but they get to hide behind a very tarnished badge, now a blood soaked badge.

CURE-ARM Steering Committee Director Tim Muise told this tale in front of a room full of state representatives and senators, right in front of the IPS sergeant responsible for Scott Rose's death, truth to power in a most shocking fashion. That was Tim's ticket out of Shirley. The IPS there fabricated a "plot to build a computer" and locked Tim and two of his closest friends up all under blatant lies and deceit. The two friends of Tim's are both parole eligible lifers so the IPS felt they could intimidate them into giving false testimony against Tim. Boy, were they wrong. These two stand-up men told the truth; they are men of truth. The IPS at Shirley are men of lies: evil men.

Tim Muise will hold those responsible accountable. On this you can trust, and when he gets out, Tim will continue to speak truth to power. God bless Scott Rose and goddamn the IPS abusers at Shirley.
