Dear Allan,
This is a follow up letter to see how you are doing with the Course assignment. Since so much time has passed, I was wondering if you received the assignment or, if you have received it, if you are still interested in continuing with the Course.
We feel it is only fair to the many people on the list waiting to enrol in the Course to make sure that every student assigned to a mentor is active and timely with their assignments. As a result, we are requesting that we receive either your completed assignment or your response within three months from the date of this letter. If we do not, we will have to place you on our Inactive List and assign a new student to your mentor. If you respond to this letter or submit your assignment to us after three months, you will be taken off the Inactive List and reinstated as an active student in the Course and assigned to the first available mentor.
