Ever wonder how a Help Wanted ad would read if they were allowed to write it the way they really wanted? I have, and here's what I came up with for my captors, the CDCR...
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation(CDCR) is looking to hire "qualified" applicants to immediately fill positions in the field of Corrections and Administration. Applicants must be predominantly white, racist and willing to act on their racial stereotypes. Proof of incestuous conception is a plus, although not necessarily required. Applications from non-whites and non-males will be grudgingly examined, but not necessarily taken seriously. Exceptions to this rule are those non-white applicants who are not only willing to look the other way, but are also willing to actively engage in a systematic pattern of discrimination and deprivation of basic civil rights on the inmate population. Female applicants must not only know their place as a woman in a man's organization, but must also be willing to keep their mouths shut about any harassment they're subjected to, real or imagined. Anger and aggression towards this policy may be acted out on the inmate population without fear of retribution.
