In Re: Revocation of the Monroe Doctrine
Dear Senator McCain:
This is a follow-up of my prior communication dated July 20, 2017 enclosed. Please find a copy of the same communication that was made to Senator Susan Collins.
The reason why I am writing this letter is because the "wall" mentioned by President Trump is counterproductive because the border with Canada is practically open for 3,000 miles. No fence at all and it is open to all kinds of contrabands from drugs to dangerous weapons. The cartel and the enemies of the state have great resources, and the Canadian boarder will become the attractive alternative for infiltration.
If the wall becomes the main subject of political debate in America, I am suggesting that you revisit the principle of the Monroe Doctrine and the intelligence that is already established behind the doctrine, in particular the long-term economic plans that I mentioned on my book Despatriado, Man Without a Country, which I am enclosing a copy dedicated to you (see pages 87 and 144). Over the years, you have been my favorite U.S. senator.
Senator McCain, we can't let the Russians, Chinese, and Europeans control the economic resources of the American continent. We already have too many socialist and communist oriented people controlling Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Peru, Brazil, Equador, and Bolivia. A good debate about the Monroe Doctrine should be brought to the senate floor.
Respectfully yours,
Luis D. Perez

Dear Senator Collins,
I an writing this letter to both you and Senator McCain because you are the only ones who can break the stalemate in Congress concerning the issue of health care.
If you will introduce a bill on medical reform, it would derail the political struggle between Republicans and Democrats.
The subject matter is to create federal laboratories around the country to produce quality medications to subsidize Medicare and Medicaid away from the pharmaceutical industry that has capitalized the big money for many years (that is not counting the surcharges that they charge for services and distribution).
Senator McCain and Senator Collins: this is the right time to do this. Otherwise, the medical services for the American people will drain our Social Security funds within the next few years.
Senator McCain: it is very important that you be aware that I am speaking from one prisoner to another, and that I am a co-founder of the Republican National Task Force and I am listed on the wall of the Ronald Reagan Republican Center, to tell you that you and Senator Collins can do this when the debate about Obamacare comes to the Senate Floor next week. For credibility purposes, I am enclosing documents relevant to my credibility. The country needs you back next week and I will be watching on television.
Please keep in mind that the big money in America is divided in three ares: the church, the school system, and the medical industry. The church and the school systems are sacred [replication of the letter] areas, but the medical industry can be touched in the best interest of the country, as Senator McCain said back when he was the Chairman of the Presidential Task Force.
Yours truly,
