Charles,
We're one step closer to saving Net Neutrality.
50 senators are on the record to stop FCC's repeal of Net Neutrality, and we need just one more to ensure we have the 51 votes needed to pass the Senate and moved to the House.
Our efforts to restore the free and open internet have a huge amount of momentum right now, with Sen. Susan Collins becoming the first Republican to support a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution to bring back Net Neutrality.
With all 47 Democrats and 2 Independents joining her, we need just one more senator to take this fight to the House of Representatives.
TAKE ACTION
It will take massive public pressure from you to get Congress to stop the FCC from destroying the free and open internet. Sign on today to let your members of Congress know you support the CRA resolution to restore Net Neutrality.
This is urgent. We only have 60 days after the FCC's order to use a CRA resolution to repeal this decision. We need all the support we can get right now to put pressure on our members of Congress to get this passed.
Despite the FCC ignoring the voices of millions of people across the country in support of Net Neutrality, we said the fight wasn't over. The public support we've gotten from you and millions of others has gotten us this far.
We cannot afford to lose the open internet. Every day, millions of people including you and me rely on Net Neutrality protections to stop big corporations from charging us extra fees, limiting access speeds, and preventing us from exchanging ideas freely online.
We need to let Congress know that we stand against giving corporations total power over how we access the internet and who get to access it. Sign on to restore the free and open internet.
Thanks for all you do,
Aimee Martinez, Digital Strategist
and the team at Common Cause.
