Happy 68th Birthday, Mama! Although you've gone onto the next life, I still think of you each and every day. I love and miss you more than words can ever express.

You were always kindhearted, wise beyond your years, and willing to out of your way to help those you cared about. You were a voice for the voiceless, a champion for those forgotten and left behind in society, an advocate for the powerless, and a defender of justice for all people.

I can only pray that people will be able to see those same qualities in me, and that it will remind them of you.

Your memory is truly a blessing.
