Things are steadily progressing in here. The school district is even taking a renewed interest in BRCI's education department that's been shut down for quite some time now. I hope it gets revived.
The prison can't claim any efforts towards "rehabilitation" without a viable G.E.D. program! There's just no excuse for a prisoner to come in here, stay for 10, 15, 20 plus years, and leave without even completing his (or her) high school education. They've asked me to help out again, and I said I would. We'll see how it goes.
A crack in the cement, maybe waiting for me to poke out my little head.
