Subject: Updates on retaliatory loss of property!!!
Great news! Magistrate Judge David E. Jones scheduled a hearing for 5 Sept, @ 9:30 AM concerning the whole file for Case #18-cv-2027 disappearing, my law book used to litigate the case disappearing (the corner torn from it's cover was found in my prior cellie's property!), all my paper, stamped envelopes, pens GONE!
Why would the "good guys" do that? Because another guy sued the same defendant (Anthony Meli) for the same thing (unjustly accusing him of lying about staff in a PREA complaint) & settled for 14,000$. That guy spent 240-some days in seg due to Meli's frame; spent THREE YEARS in seg! Easily the case was worth 40,000$ But my suit seeks to amp up procedural safeguards to prevent that BS from happening again.
What I need you all to do is call the court at 877-848-7030, look up the court's e-mail on www.wied.uscourts.gov & express you outrage at what happened: staff framing me for having a razor, then putting me in seg so they can destroy my file for this case & litigation supplies!
