It may be hard for me to get the justice I surely deserve for this suit (18-cv-2027, E.D. Wis. U.S. Dist. Ct.—www.wied.uscourts.gov; www.pacer.gov—to look it up) for reasons explained in a motion for a protective order pending in the court—also explained in an accompanying post.
After a Sgt. here accused me of having a razor to put me in seg. THE WHOLE FILE FOR THIS CASE IS GONE, so is the law book and supplies I needed and was going to use to litigate the case. Audaciously, A.A.G. Samuel Berg replied to my motion that I should file another lawsuit, but my motion should be denied. My judge is pretty fair and that argument is nuts. What if they take the file for the other suit too? But...?
We'll see what happens. PLEASE, people, contact Judge Lynn Adelman and urge him to fairly resolve my motion so I can get the justice I deserve in this case.
