How to Handle Rumors and Whispering Campaigns, in 'The Fundamentals of PR' chapter of The Scientology Handbook, also come to mind, to help restore control and prevent TPL Conflicts.

Making this VM booklet and check sheet available to prisoners will absolutely help restore sanity inside a very insane environment.

The benefit of this work was in refreshing my awareness of technology above apparencies. The mission of a techno-space society is to subordinate the individual and control him, by economic and political duress. The only casualty in a machine age is the individual and his freedom. So, as a Prisoner with SPO purpose, my Integrity and Honesty are the only things I have left to lose, and I can't afford that loss! My hypercritical carping on responsibility is often taken as offensive indicators of making others wrong, as a sort of cover-up....and the corresponding ARC break confusion tended to weigh on me. But truth be told, my OCA graphs show much improvement over these past five years rollercoastering. I have not blown off comm-lines, and I continue to create SPO games ~~ even when other people appoint me their executioner. A man with a clean heart can't be hurt.

This plus randomity game often produced a sad effect type of hurdle for me to transcend in order to Understand the apparencies ~~As Is.

Ever the agonist, my Awareness of Awareness sheds aberrations Alter-Ising situations I get myself involved with and now Mirth is King! The entheta in this MEST-up world presents an endless supply of games to play...just for the fun of it.

The Supreme Test is Making things Go Right. Such is possible with KRC (Knowledge Responsibility Control), which relies upon ARC (Affinity Reality Communication), of which Communication is Senior. Being re-minded of the Prime Postulate of a Partnership/Marriage an Understanding of the agreed upon game plan and prompts an Actual Cycle of Action coordination of re-creations to foster relationships. I've learned that Self-Determined Responsibility is the master key of successful partnership/marriages. If/when that is supplanted by arbitrary determination of others, then that supplantation undermines responsibility under the guise of help, as it has since the metaphorical Jacob's name change ushered in Governmental Relations for a sick society.

Alas: Arbitrary law is anything formulated and promulgated by reason of man's will to be enforced by threat or punishment or merely disapprobation. Natural law is enforced by nature. Logic adapts decision and conduct to nature or adapts nature. The amount of arbitrary law existing in a society is a direct index to the inability of that society to be rational and to the irrationality of the members of that society. Only in the face of irrationality is force necessary. A fully logical entity not only should not be handled by force, but excepting cataclysms, cannot be handled by force!

Authoritarianism is the introduction of arbitrary law where no natural law is known yet maintaining that the arbitrary law is the natural law.

Ergo: Education must raise the level of rationality and increase/reinforce the basic purpose and dynamics of the individual if it is to result in a betterment of the individual or of society. It is the prime purpose of education to increase the self-determinism of the individual. It is the goal of education to sort the arbitrary from the natural. For the Love of Truth.
