The Right to Hope

In 2013, Vinter & Others vs. United Kingdom, the European Court of Human Rights essentially barred Life Without Parole (LWOP) in member nations. Mauer/Nellis explains, "Based on the principle that all prisoners should have the 'right to hope', the decision requires that individuals who have transformed themselves in prison and have atoned for the harm they have caused should be considered for release at some point in their prison term." All three plaintiffs had been convicted of murders that had been considered particularly heinous.
I'm very hopeful and think I have, more than would've been expected, adequately transformed myself in prison. I continue, to the best of my ability, to atone for the harm I've caused during my initial criminal offense of armed robbery, and during my violent resistance actions against prison officials and the state prosecutor, Chris Carlson.
I'm not a murderer, and none of the victims in any of my criminal cases suffered serious bodily injury.
I can only hope that the Board of Parole Hearings (BPH) will be fair when I'm considered for release.
I welcome anyone reading this, or anyone at Between the Bars, to write a support letter on my behalf.

Even informed consent trans docs still routinely underdose estradiol and progesterone. Injectable E has noticeably better effects for my mind/ability to think than pill E.
High E + P is enough to completely suppress T without anti-androgens, which is important because spironolactone has negative mental side effects, and doctors generally don't recommend taking it more than 2 years.
Pills under your tongue are about 2x as effective as swallowing. Unfortunately the hormones from pills leave the body in less than / about a day, and daily spikes are not as good as the steady levels possible with injections.
Stay away from finasteride, it permanently messes up part of hormone metabolism.

It would be good if you became vegan. Nonhuman animals don't want to die, be held prisoner, or tortured, and that's what modern animal agriculture is. If you go vegan, fyi they may lie and say the food they're serving is vegan when it has ie a carton of milk :( and you'll need vitamin B12 supplements (D3 and omega 3 DHA/EPA are good too, but B12 is really important).

9 years of life lost is absolutely unjust for armed robbery, much less 30. Every person responsible for that should burn in hell (I'm not christian, more like antichristian atheist who thinks technology may allow us to bring back the dead and everyone who was never even born on Ancient Earth, allowing retroactive justice). Resistance to people performing injustice is just. Like, your life was stolen from you, and I hope that I and others can build the framework for you to live a better one free

IIUC, in 2021 a new law comes into effect in CA that allows pre-grs transwomen to be housed not with men.

I hope you are freed. The world is changing rapidly this year with covid, the George Floyd protests, and other things, so maybe there'll be a chance for you. Or maybe things will get worse, idk.
