Subject: A day in my heart

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you four waking me up at 6:28 AM and giving me just enough time to get freshen up for breakfast. Wasn't sure if I was going to get the French toast and grits or not! Guess you would have me there. Thank you it was the goober kind! Think they got 3 different versions of this breakfast treat. Still wish we got the old fashioned ones concocted from Texas toast! Soon enough! Thanks for the orange juice and just helping me make adjustments in advance for my constituents who love to sit with their tray sideways and all over the place. Drives me nuts, can't you tell? Course you can! Thank you they got the squirrel out the chow hall suppose if they leave the door closed he'll stop being able to come in there so frequently! Thank you Jose told me we could leave if we were ready. Lord knows my spirit couldn't take much more of hearing all the tales of shoot them up bang bang and you what some unwise 60 year old gone do to terrorize communities upon release. I pray you stop him in his tracks, not that at his age and pace he's even capable of carrying out his braggadocios sentiments. Men at any age seem to love, to boast and brag about who they are and in some cases who they were! My own heart knows this all 2 well! Seems being surrounded by teenagers and those in they 20's-those in the prime of life! Heavily influences ones to feel "washed up!" Yikes. Thank you for reminding me not 2 give into the temptation to compete and or prove a point. I don't owe them nothing, maybe some Jesus! Thanks for helping me just put a smile on my face as I encountered a young man who I'm not particularly fond of! Seems a whole bunch of them work in the kitchen! Thank you for blessing them with jobs. Help me walk in love towards them, as LOVE is your strong suit not mine.
Thank you I just accidentally found some nuance on my tablet. Not even sure what key I hit or how to get back to it! Do recall it said something about language! Text correction! And something else! God help me establish a time for that!

I pray you protect my receiving it and the enclosed picture> Thank you for inspiring me to get on the phones to minutes before 8 PM so I could catch her. Thanks for our friendship. Thank you for giving me the notion to pray, "Father keep me from this hour of temptation and from the evil one " Amen.
God give me the courage to ask Mrs. Davis is she's up for praying with me I sense you want to show her from 1st hand experience who you are and what you can do in her life. How you are near to the broken hearted and can resurrect crushed spirits. This just in! Feel the need to ask her "can I read a verse to that helps me in my times of brokenness?" And go from there. God help me not get ahead of you.

For right now. Might buy a sermon or two. Definitely need some words of encouragement every now and then. And the sermons/affirmations like 8-15 minutes long. Talk about getting your $1.95 worth. At the same time it encourages me that I can read Encouraging Myself in the Lord aloud and put it on electronic devices for a reasonable price. Not sure how all that works but you will lead me and guide me as I've ascertained this in cahoots with your will for my life.
