Greeting's to you all.
Just wanted to address something that I keep reiterating to the FDOC and anyone who will
listen. What am I trying to do and accomplish? Well I just keep asking these people to apply the
law to the DR hearing appeal and grievance.Yet the only response they want to give is " The
issues you raised have been addressed properly with you through the grievance process. Your
visitation was properly suspended in accordance with FAC Ch. 33-601.731(1)(b)(16)." Well no it
hasn't been properly addressed. And not it hasn't been properly suspended. Because let's face it
they railroad me in their kangaroo court system. Wouldn't hear the evidence or "APPLY THE
LAW!" And when we look at the visitation suspension. I'm the only inmate
that this administration has suspended the visitation on using the above rule. If that doesn't
scream reprisal nothing does!! And their own records is evidence of this. They had every
intention of harming my mother my fiancee and myself through this act of retaliation. And they
can't argue this. They come after me from embarrassing them on my blog.

I can't help that the FDOC has the moral integrity of a communist dictator who wants to silence
all negative publicity. But that's what this is all about! Silencing me. Protecting staff. Because
let's face it. I'm the only inmate who's visit's has been suspended over a minor ten day DR. And
they can't argue that!!! So since our grievance system isn't worth the paper its written on, since
our Secretary keeps putting everything back in the hands of this administration, they've pushed
me into this peaceful protest. Senate President Wilton Simpson acknowledged the fact that the
FDOC needs new leadership. And that us the God's honest truth!! This place is anything but an
honorable department. I thank you for your help and support in bringing this to the attention of
