Coodie Cash?

Coodie Cash?
1-8-12

It's recently occurred to me how frustrating it is to find a place to buy books. Since Barnes and Noble quit dealing with us, I think it's because they finally realized they suck. Powell's quit all mail correspondence, which left us inmates to our own devices—high and dry.

I've been scouring Yellow Pages and Legal Beagle newsletters for places. Most never write back. Those that do are usually half-staffed and half-assed. Everyone just seems to be full of excuses. Why? What is so unacceptable about our business?

I put it to anyone who is reading this whiny rant to come forward and help. I've got cash to spend, I would just like someone to take 10 minutes to go to Powell's onine and spend my money. My family does what they can, but that only goes so far. I'll even pay a percentage. Why not? It's trivial, sure, but it's a reminder of what we got coming when we leave here.

Anyways, whatever, wah! Happy New Year! Hope the Mayans are wrong. There's too many books out there for me left to read. Till next time...

Hey. I'll send you books as long as they're not philisophically corrupt. What titles are you looking for?

Love,

Dad
