Timothy J. Muise was "lugged" to the "hole" at MCI Norfolk in retaliation for his vocal complaints about serious sexual abuse that has been ongoing at the prison for many years. Mr. Muise has met with D.O.C. Assistant Deputy Commissioner Paul Dipaolo, D.O.C. Investigative Captain Tina Goins and MCI Norfolk superintendent Gary Roden about the abusive "sex for information ring," operated by guards at the prison and using weak & vulnerable prisoners as pawns. The retaliation against Mr. Muise was orchastrated by Norfolk warden Gary Roden and junior warden David Sullivan. To find out how to support Mr. Muise email Nancy at ahmadifar@comcast.net or contact Tim directly at P.O. Box 43, Norfolk, MA 02056.

To update on Tim's situation, following Tim's "lugging" to the hole in early November, he was given a disciplinary report that resulted in guilty findings that ultimately resulted in his transfer to MCI Shirley in early February 2010. Tim, his family and many supporters believe that all these actions against Tim were in retaliation for his whistle blowing.

Tim has filled a complaint in Superior Court on the guilty findings, loss of good time served, his housing and job at MCI Norfolk. The American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts (ACLUM) has committed to helping him with his complaint.
