Mission Statement

Please honor and respect my novice pitch writing. Is this microphone on?

In order to obtain monetary support, I've taken my door-to-door fundraising experience online. I'm seeking viral philanthropists to sponsor my cause: fighting denied justice.

On the other side of the monitor. Yes, you reading this text. Do you feel my pain? Can you hear my voice reaching out to you?

Speaking directly to potential contributors, accept this contract as my article of good faith. Back page, at your leisure. Learn about the miscarriage of justice that exploited my civil rights to a fair trial. Read my logistics. Understand supply and service needs. Thanks for any support that you may give to my pay-it-forward campaign.

After all, it is collectively what the blogging community does individually and as an organization that will make the difference to changing my misfortune.

Our ultimate goal is to free James Terry by overturning my wrongful conviction. Restoring my rights to a fair trial in front of jury of my peers.

I am not an avatar living in a virtual world inside of your computer. I am flesh and bones, a living human being, wrongfully imprisoned and in the midst of a crisis. I am pleading for your support due to my extreme poverty.

I dare you to challenge your own belief system. Challenge all preconceived stereotypes and face this moral dilemma head-on, offering relief to the weary.

Random act of kindness
The only way to overturn my conviction is to retain an attorney/firm post-conviction, have investigators interview my three independent alibi eyewitnesses, obtain their affidavits, hold an evidentiary hearing based on newly discovered evidence, and vacate case no. 1998 CF 2419—having trial court order a new trial.

Retaining an attorney while district attorney either chooses to appeal trail court's decision or orders a new trial. Best case scenario, district attorney accepts exoneree status that three alibi eyewitnesses' testimonies at evidentiary hearing proves my factual innocence. Proves that P. Koehn, 3-29081 DOB, tales a hoax and I obtain immediate release.

Help restore justice. The trial court should be afforded an opportunity to correct an error.

Consistently, I've maintained my innocence, worked tirelessly throughout my wrongful incarceration to clear my name. When will I be vindicated and released from prison?

Social networking frees innocent man.
Allow this to be a headline.
