I'd be happy to have my poem, "The Bat", included in your publication, Poetic Medicine. For the record, let me state that this is an original work and that it was submitted to The Poet's Workshop in January of 2010, but I never received a response to it.
I have an email account here, but please be aware that it is monitored by the prison in an attempt to make the whole process as painful and inconvenient as possible. I will add you as a contact, but go ahead and deny it if you need to. I will also attempt to have this message emailed to you another way. Just don't sweat it if you end up getting it more than once.

My name is Cody Robinson, I am 27 years old and I have been writing for the past 12 years. I am very interested in having my poetry published and ask in return only that my authorship be acknowledged. Money has never been of much importance to me. Or maybe I'm just cheap and poor. Ha!
I am currently serving the last 30 days of a five-year prison sentence. I had the great fortune of originally being able to post my poem, "The Bat", online through a non-profit organization called Between The Bars, which gives a much needed voice to inmates.
