After a long delay I am finally ready to get started and hopefully you are ready to respond. I have to ask this one question because I am dealing with this personally. If a couple are no longer in a relationship/marriage, does the X-girlfriend/X-wife have the right to keep child(ren) away from the X-boyfriend/X-husband if there is a new girlfriend in the picture?? Here is my situation.. In 1999, my wife and I divorced (separated 8 months prior) and although I am to blame, I was allowed to remain in our children's lives. Our youngest daughter was six and enjoyed being with me, as did our two boys. The problem started once my six-year-old daughter started going back home to Mom, excited after a weekend of fun with Dad, and at times Dad's girlfriend. So now here comes the arguing and the finger-pointing. My X-wife saying that I could not have my daughter around if the girlfriend is around, me saying the X-wife should stop questioning my daughter after every visit. The game got serious when my X-wife began "hiding" my daughter and telling her at age 6 that she can't see her dad any more! I last saw my daughter on New Years 2002 and now she's soon to be 19 (Aug) and I'm trying to rebuild our relationship. The problem now? She's angry at Dad for not being there. Now I know that there will be a lot of women who are going to agree with my X-wife's tactic but I'm hoping there are a few who see this as I see it.

Hey, just finished my day of sports-watching and although my Lakers were swept out of the play-offs by the Dallas Mavericks, I am not going to hate, the best team won. Would love to see the Chicago/Miami series (Go Bulls), but cable is a no-no up in here. I'm not complaining because we do get the basic channels and the finals will air on ABC. So I've been in this real deep emotional funk but a lot has happened since our first contact. I also sat and watched Golf TPC, and for once, it was exciting without Tiger Woods. My opinion — now that we all know Tiger's secret to his dominance, go back to it; maybe he can win again! Man, what's up with the NFL? Are they playing this year or what? Caught some of the draft on the radio; miss reading the USA Today. Looking forward to adding more pages.
