I am Billy's daughter Susie. I found your posts as I was searching the web looking for info to help his current situation. I noticed that you also wrote to the Governor, so when he gets my letter, he should be familiar with the situation since it seems you also wrote to him in May. :)
Take good care and thanks for looking out for my dad. I hope everything is ok with him and I worry he has been locked up for a very long time. The heat and his health worry me.
