I just received the comment you had posted on my blog. Thank you so much for your encouraging and kind words. It is not often that comments are received and they are welcome when they are.
You are so right. My mother is a great inspiration to me as well as to many others, I hope. As to following her lead, that is exactly what I have had to do. It was necessary for me to cut ties with all but a select few in my life. It is at times difficult to have to make such choices but it is always for the best.
Your insight as to it being possible to remain positive regardless of one's circumstances is spot on! Outward circumstances has much less to do with one's job than does the inward reality.
Please know that I have been praying for you and will continue for a time. My prayer is that your life will enter a time of great refreshment and that He will pour out His grace upon you and yours. I would appreciate prayer for my youngest boy, age 13, Asheton, my oldest boy, Jesse, age 24, and my first born, Crystal Ann, age 26. Prayer that their lives would be flooded with ministering saints and that they will come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus, that they would know and value sobriety.
