"MY PLEAD FOR HELP"

I'm in need of your assistance. If you've been following my blog, then you know what's been going on over the past 16 months. Well, I'm currently posting my letters to the people in authority. And what I need is for you to download the letters and send them by snail mail or e-mail to the individuals the letters are addressed to. I don't have the e-mail addresses, but the address for each person is at the top left hand corner. These letters will have a greater impact, if you are mailing them in from the free world, and they are coming in from other countries. I'm pleading for your help with this. You don't have to get involved, or put your return address, just place my address in the top left hand corner of the envelope. But I'm pleading with you for your assistance. If you're a Christian, then I plead with you in the name of your savior "JESUS CHRIST" to please assist me in getting a handle on this criminal unlawful activity going on here at UCI. Dear Attorney General Pam Bond:

I've written you several letters in the past 16 months to make sure you were, and are aware of the unlawful criminal activity that's taking place here at Union Correctional Institution (UCI).

This criminal activity is led by two particular criminals, Warden Barry V. Reddish and his colonel. Who have their officers committing assaults, falsifying state documents, and smuggling weapons into maximum security death row housing units, to turn around and use the weapon against inmates such as myself to falsify disciplinary reports (DRs) in order to keep the inmate under the harsher conditions of Disciplinary Confinement (DC).

These are all practices that Warden Reddish picked up from his mentor, former FSP Warden, former FDOC secretary, current inmate James V. Crosby Jr back in the 1990s, see Valdez v. Crosby 450 F.3d 1231 at 1235, 1243 (11th Cir 2006) and you see where Barry V. Reddish's unethical conduct was picked up. You see testimony of falsified DRs, strip cells and assaults, everything that Warden Reddish has been doing to me. Barry V. Reddish is a criminal under the guise of correctional staff. He has been engaging in criminal activity, victimizing me for 16 months. All because I stood up to him, and spoke out against him on my blogs, which you can read at:

And this letter and all future letters will be placed on this blog as well. I'm tired of being victimized by these low life criminals who are posing as correctional officers. Someone needs to do something about this unlawful criminal activity. And that someone is not going to be the office of the Inspector General (IG) for they are involved in cronyism. Yes, that's right, cronyism. They are complicit with the criminal unlawful activity taking place inside this prison. These institutional inspectors for the IG's office are all former correctional officers who worked for this administration, and then they are assigned to investigate the same administration that they once worked for, and was no doubt involved in unlawful acts with. This is hypocrisy!

Warden Barry V. Reddish has continuously victimized me for 16 months. Because I tried to bring positive change to UCI P-Dorm Death Row Housing. By filing a memorandum to the secretary in March 2011, and then in May 2011 I wrote about the fact, that Reddish's staff was telling us about Barry V. Reddish being pulled over for drinking and driving (DUIs) by local law enforcement who swept the DUIs under the rug. I didn't write that the DUIs were true, I simply stated that staff by spreading these rumors into the inmate population shows that Reddish's own staff doesn't respect him.

His officers here sees what he's doing to me, by getting staff who have no principles or scruples, to commit unlawful criminal acts against me. Why should they respect a two bit low life criminal who's worked his way into the position of a warden. And that's what's happened. And it's the same thing with Crosby. People making mistakes and hiring criminals as Crosby and Reddish.

I tried to call a truce with this criminal, in early August 2012. I tried to speak to him and talk to him like he was a man, not a twisted, sadistic, monster. He smiled in my face talking about his code of ethics. Knowing all along that I know he's lying, for he's had his staff engaging in unlawful criminal activity for 16 months, victimizing me and my poor mother.

He's telling me about my behavior must change. I've been following the rules and the laws. It's him who's been violating the rules and laws, it's his behavior and criminal conduct that needs to change. Honor, integrity, morals, a code of ethics. Ha! Barry V. Reddish doesn't have a clue what them are. For James V. Crosby Jr. instilled a code of unethical conduct into men like Reddish that still exist to this day.

Yes, we need change. We need this criminal unlawful activity expelled from UCI and the FDOC, that currently stands for the Florida Dept of "CORRUPTION". And I do hope you will come forward and enforce the laws that are being broken here, and stop Mr. Reddish, his colonel and other criminal employees from further victimizing me.
