Dear Secretary Ken Tucker

Greetings! I'm writing concerning the criminal activity taking place here at Union Correctional Institution (UCI) by criminal staff members who are posing as correctional officers as they commit unlawful acts, victimizing me and other prisoners.

For 16 months I've endured the wrath of Warden Barry V. Reddish as he's violated state and federal laws reprising against me. This man has had his staff falsify state documents, Disciplinary Reports (DR) to harm me and my mother. This man has had my mail thrown away, property destroyed, and has kept me on disciplinary confinement (DC) to try to make my life a living hell! He's had me placed in strip cells on three different occasions and assaulted twice. All criminal acts by Mr. Reddish who is supposed to uphold the laws of Florida, within side these prison walls. This man is a "criminal" under the guise of a warden.

It's no surprise when you look at Mr. Reddish's mentor James V. Crosby Jr. See Valdez v. Crosby 450 F.3d 1231 at 1237-1245 (11th Cir 2006) and the criminal activity that took place under Crosby as warden is now taking place here at UCI. The code of unethical conduct of James V. Crosby Jr. was instilled into Barry V. Reddish.

You will have received the court's order by now, case no. 3:11-CV-1051-J-34TEM from Judge Thomas E. Morris, and I'm pleading for your assistance in stopping this illegal conduct by these criminals who are posing as correctional staff as they continue to victimize me while I'm in their custody under their control. Cowards, bullies and low life tyrants act in this manner, for which this administration is acting in. These are not the actions of professionals, these are however the acts of "criminals". And those who are "COMPLICIT" with these criminal acts, are criminals themselves, for they are becoming accomplices in allowing this criminal activity to continue unhindered in the FDOC.

Staff continuously threaten me with false DRs and state that Mr. Reddish is never going to allow you to get off DC and out of this cell. A cell that Mr. Reddish spent a thousand dollars or more on back in Nov. 2011 just in order to torment me. I've got staff and inmates will testify that this cell as it was being constructed overheard that it was being constructed for me. And I even filed a grievance on it in Nov. or Dec. 2011 so it's in the record. Furthermore this cell was not approved under 33-FAC or procedures before being constructed.

I've also been on heightened security for over a year. A waste of tax dollars. All because Barry V. Reddish is a "criminal" who had his staff falsify a DR state document, a criminal act! The man lacks morals and he got that from his mentor.

I need you to stop these unlawful acts that are taking place against me. And the victimization that is taking place here. I do hope you will stop this and uphold the laws of Florida, that are currently being violated.

"MY PLEAD FOR HELP"

I'm in need for your assistance. If you've been following my blog, then you know what's been going on over the past 16 months. Well, I'm currently posting my letters to the people in authority. And what I need is for you to download the letters and send them by snail mail or e-mail to the individuals the letters are addressed to. I don't have the e-mail addresses, but the address for each person is at the top left hand corner.

These letters will have a greater impact, if you are mailing them in from the free world, and they are coming in from other countries. I'm pleading for your help with this. You don't have to get involved, or put your return address, just place my address in the top left hand corner of the envelope. But I'm pleading with you for your assistance. If you're a Christian, then I plead with you in the name of your savior "JESUS CHRIST" to please assist me in getting a handle on this criminal unlawful activity going on here at UCI.
