Daily Journal September 21-23, 2012

Friday September 21, 2012 6:40am: Unfortunately I woke up this morning. What a glorious day it would be to never wake again. Eventually that will happen. But it'll be long overdue. I've been up since 5am. Ate breakfast, washed up, made my bunk and was reading. I'm almost done with this book. I should have another one coming today or tomorrow. I got one letter in last night, so I'll respond to that this morning. And I received a reply on the blog, so I'll respond to that as well. I have 11 more days down here. Or at least I'm supposed to have 11 more days. They'll be in here doing cell searches today. That's been the norm down here for the past month, see if they set me up. I just noticed that sometime in the last week, one of these officers came in here and stole some photos. It's unbelievable that these officers are thieves! But what can you do, this is the Florida Dept. of "CORRUPTION".
7:27am: We got word that some people from Tallahassee are coming through today. So we've got to be in our oranges. I hope they come down here and talk to me. They probably won't. I'm working on a blog right now.
12:01pm: The tour group is not supposed to be here until about 1:30pm. I've been dressed in my oranges since 7:30. While writing a blog I got a letter from my former attorney. So I stopped and wrote him. I also answered Niki who left a comment. And I finished off that book, "King of the Heists". I'm fixing to start The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I've wanted to read that since last year, when I read The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, so I'm looking forward to this book. After that I've got a Western to read. I need to write my mom, and then Anne. I'll do that by Sunday. Hope to get some mail in tonight. Wrote my dad again last night. I haven't heard back from him since I last wrote him. Let me get started on this book.
4:04pm: The tour group never came down here. Dave, a guy here on the row, just came back to his cell. Chaplain called him out for a phone call. His mom died. I feel for him. That's not a phone call anyone wants. I've been writing and reading this book. It's starting out slow, but I'm sure it'll pick up. Just waiting on dinner right now. Then shower, mail call count time then sleep.

Saturday September 22, 2012 8:17am: I've been up since 5am. I've just been laying here reading. I'm down to 10 days. Tomorrow I'll be down to single digits. Question is will I make it off D.C. or will they commit another crime. Falsify another state document and keep me down here. Only time will tell. I'm going to do some writing today, but mainly I'll pass it reading. I got 3 more books. That's enough to keep me busy for the next 10 days. Just thought about something else. I'm going to go ahead and file a notice of appeal to the First District Court of Appeals on this Union County case I have going, I filed a notion for rehearing, but I haven't heard anything back from the court. Not sure how long the court has to respond to that, because they won't let me go to the law library, so I'm going to work on that as well.

Sunday September 23, 2012 8:22am: I spent most of yesterday reading. I've got just over 100 pages left in this book, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo". It's a good book. I got six pages written on this motion which I'll file with the First District Court of Appeals. I'll get that in the mail tomorrow, so I've got to finish that up today. Like to write a blog, I've got two letters to write. I'm down to 9 days left on D.C. Have to see what they do this week. Will these people commit another criminal act? That's the 64 million dollar question. Well, I'm going to do some more reading before I get to writing.
3:31pm: I wrote 2 letters. Finished that book, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. That was a really good book. I also finished up this motion for the First District Court, which I'll mail in the morning. I'm going to start this Tom Clancy book, The Patriot Games. I've never read Tom Clancy before. Just waiting on dinner right now. I can hear guys on other wings yelling and cheering over football games. MAYBE in 2 weeks I'll be watching some football.
6:13pm: Just been reading this book The Patriot's Game. It's a pretty good book so far. Heard my Dolphins lost to the Jets 23-20. That sucks. I'm fixing to get my mail on the door, which means getting this into an envelope. I'm going to lay back and read until I fall asleep. Just another day on the row.
