On October 31, 2012, the DOC held the COURT ORDERED reclassification hearing in my Civil Case (Muise Vs. Roden) and of course, just like everything else the DOC does, it was a farce. It is not the end of the issue as I have filed a motion with the Court seeking relief concerning
the inapproptiate 3-0 classification board vote to keep me at MCI Shirley = "ShirleyWorld". As we all know this joint (ShirleyWorld) is the bottom of the barrel as far as medium prisons are concerned (it is more like a "max") and rehabilitation here is as scarce as the Yeti of Bigfoot, but the fight goes on.
The battle for religious freedom here also rages on with Great new for the "Good Guys" (The Eucharistic Ministers of MCI Shirley). The "World Famous" Rutherford Institute has agreed to take our case!!! This is a true God send at the RI has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
