"Pelican Bay Report"

Enclosed is 5 crime scene photos and yes, it did hurt a bit but mostly it hurt my pride. Looking at the photos, wow, I almost got it in my eye. As I briefly explained in my previous post, when it happened I thought it was just a fist fight till I seen the piece go flying. Believe it or not, at the time I was getting myself up off the shower floor, what hurt most was my foot. I was wearing shower shoes and that dumb buster had on boots. He was stepping on my feet and as you can see, one of them was bleeding and it hurt like hell. Do you want to know what hurts worse than that day when I got whacked? What hurts worst is my family is seeing these photos of me for the first time. Not many people have actually seen these. I'm not in any fashion ashamed of being a victim per se, it's just that I don't want my people crying when they see the photos. Me being locked up 4 life makes them cry enough and now I post these photos. So I want to apologize to my sister in law Robin Tinsley, please don't cry, OK, it wasn't as bad as it looks. I just feel that citizens should know what really happens in prison. The real truth about these guards, how they treat us in here. How they set us up to attack each other and how they get away with these criminal acts. You tell me who is the criminal? But it's OK that they do it, after all they can get away with it legally. I'm a convicted prisoner, they are prison guards, so who's gonna believe me? Well, anyone who has read the Pelican Bay reports, the photos etc, now knows that these guards were at fault, period. If someone was to have done what that tower guard done to me on the streets in California, he would get prison time and a strike. We all know that 3 strikes gets you 25 years to life, imagine that. This guard who done this to me got away with it, he is probably doing it again and laughing about it. Does he deserve to be fired? Or worse, sent to prison? Does he deserve a strike on his record? Well, the prison part, no, and no to the strike, I don't believe in the 3 strike law, it's bullshit, period. Prison doesn't work, period. Ask anyone who has ever lived it. Yea, he needs to be fired but that won't happen either, remember he is staff, a guard, he would never break the law. He is a good little citizen, yea right. Crooked bastard. I'm going to close for now so I can get these photos posted, many people are waiting to see them and read more of the Pelican Bay report. Till my next chapter.
