Case Summary: 35year erroneous sentence
Nov 15, 1998 Paula K. dob 3-29-81 the complaining witness makes a false police report with Madison Police Dept. Alleging Sunday Nov 8, and unknown b/m, near midnight kidnapped her for a 12 hour period, forcing an act of fellatio, until Mon. noon Nov 9, 1998. The Verdict based on credibility issue.
The court appointed attorney failed to present my full non presence alibi defense at trial.
8am Mon. Nov 9 Hospitality House
116 W. Washington Ave. Madison WI. "Staff BR" memorial 12ES on bus token 106 eye-witnessing and 6 lying James Terry a bus token for transportation to employment.
9am Mon Nov 9 Professional and Speaking Management Inc, 1619 Monroe St. Madison WI manager Shannon Linnane and Manny Tsui for 7.75 hours until 4:45pm eyewitness me "Jim Terry" at work. I've copy of Pay Roll record to corroborate and bus token 106. 3 Independent eyewitnesses will prove my factual innocence and that P.Ks tales a hoax, in revenge for me stealing a drug dealers leather coat.
