This law firm will use the Conclusion Of Law to reach its applications of representation, research, data, or otherwise. Where the ultimate conclusion can be arrived at only by applying a rule of law, the result so reached embodies a conclusion of law, and is not a finding of fact.

The SELF, INC. will develop and present for judicial review any legal matter. Whether it be civil, criminal, or corporate, that it deems necessary. The SELF, INC. shall submit to obtain a reference to or description of all documents and papers, if any, as may furnish proof of facts referred to in it, or may be necessary and proper for the defense of its clients.

The SELF, INC. with respect to any action, suit, or proceeding can be exercised by any single attorney or multiple attorneys, who may preside alone and hold a regular or special session of court at the same time other sessions are held by other attorneys.

There will be 450 paralegals/college students with 3 licensed attorneys in SELF, INC. However, our concept remains: Justice, Honor, Dignity, Research, Education, Intuitive, Ethical, Concessionary, Amoral, Strong, and Subjudice. This law firm will provide the low-income, the incarcerated, the outcast, the law and our research for representation with dignified legal concepts, services, and approaches.

FIRM PREPAREDNESS:

I.
The SOCIAL EQUALITY LAW FIRM, INC will use the NONPROFIT umbrella of: PRIME PEOPLE PARTY, INC. regarding its 1120 IRC, for building, loans, taxes, interest, utilities, and supplies for deductions.

II.
Each Paralegal/College Student will earn a salary of £35,000 Annually.
450 x $35,000 = $15,750,000.
The three licensed attorneys will earn $85,000 - Annually. Plus, deductions for time spent educating, literalism, and assisting people to establish themselves as attorneys. 3 x $85,000 = $225,000. TOTAL SALARIES: $15,005,000

III.
Paralegals/College Students will be provided a physical establishment where they can gather in one accord during or after classes. After graduation, these paralegals/college students will become permanent employees. The attorneys will serve as the legal foundation for court appearances.

IV.
The SOCIAL EQUALITY LAW FIRM, INC. will also represent the financial transactions for NDUGU ENTERPRISES, INC., PRIME PEOPLE PARTY, INC., and BUFFALO SOLDIERS INSURANCE COMPANY, LLC for property purchases, stock issuance, and insurance coverage in accidents and health care.

V.
The SOCIAL EQUALITY LAW FIRM INC. will also build a legal committee, diagram, and approach for college students to have a direct review by the state legislature and the governor regarding tuition hikes, affordable student loans, protesting, academic exposure, and grants.

VI.
The SOCIAL EQUALITY LAW FIRM, INC. will review with a fine tooth comb cases, claims, complaints, investigations, or otherwise to accept cases. SELF, INC. will not refuse any case because one does not have money. Under the concessionary status SELF, INC. is eligible to receive grants from the government or contributions from corporations.

As CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER for NDUGU ENTERPRISES, INC. I, Bernard L. Smith, is responsible for all the contents in this structure/cover letter. I do not claim they are complete. Adjustments can be made by attorneys.
