Do what they wilt shall be the whole of the law.

Every man and every woman is a star.

Pax Vebiscum,

In this update I'd like to share a few of my poems with everyone and speak on some rather depressing and unjust acts that were enacted upon myself a couple of weeks ago.

On the morning of 1/9/2013 I was attending the Wiccan service here at Marion Corr. Inst.; these are held every Wednesday morning at 8:45am until 10:45am; well, on the (9th) at approximately 9:30am, three officers came into the chaplaincy services and carried me out into the hallway, then ordered me to face the wall and submit to the cuffs. I was then escorted to the segregation unit and placed in segregation (lock-up) pending investigation. Not once was I informed as to why I was being locked up. In this event I lost my top pay job of $7.00 a week :); my visit was cancelled; I wasn't able to call my baby girl whom was expecting my call later that evening, and my personal belongings were literally desecrated by the officers. "That's prison for par."

Well, I sat in segregation from 9:30am 1/9/2013 until 6:14pm 1/16/2013 and never heard one word as to why I was locked up - until (2) hours before they decided to let me out. Their story was - someone had informed them that I had approached this specific inmate and that I threatened to do him bodily harm. (PURE BS!) Anyhow, after (3) interviews with this inmate and others in the dorm I had been staying in, the Unit Manager decided to release me because no one would collaborate the story and the inmate I had been accused of threatening refused to write a statement. So. I was released; no apologies, no job reinstatement - nothing! Basically they let me know that they can do whatever they choose to do because of my past record in here. I admit that it hasn't been nice and I do realize that because of this I am constantly under close observation; I have been red-flagged (S.T.I.) Security Threat Individual; all because I was engaged in a fight with a pedophile and he ended up dead. However, since 2004 I have been virtually infraction free (*no violent charges at all!*) One write for going to service and missing work duty; but for me - religious practices come first and foremost.

I was finally able to call my daughter and speak with her, and all three of my grandbabies - Sam, Siara, and Serenity! :) They are so awesome! I am so fortunate, even being incarcerated all these years, the universe has bestowed upon me great things and I am truly [scan ends]
