From While I Breath, I Hope. by Sarai Rose

Page 1:
[Drawing of a girl with a small nose, defined cheeks, defined large lips. The girl has elfin-like ears and a nose ring. Thin, but defined eyebrows. Wisps of hair frame her face, with those closer to the middle being darker. The left eye is drawn sharply, but the right eye is faded. She has a side braid.]

BAH HAMDIGEH MAH EEN SHAITANHA O MEEKOSHEEM

Together we shall conquer these demons

Through the dark times and through the light
It was your hand in mine that made it right
When I was scared and thought I was alone
It was you, my love, who was my rock, my stone
You gave me strength, you taught me love
We've bottled foes from below and above
And when I think of how far we've gone
I know we'll continue together, always, on and on
It is you and I, my love, can't you see
good times and bad times, all the times, is still you and me

Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. Your poem was absolutely beautiful, though I was not sure what the drawing and the title in all capitals meant. Was this an allusion to something specific? I would love to hear more about the inspiration for your art.
