25 THINGS AMERICAN CONTINUALLY GET SHOCKED ABOUT, OVER AND OVER NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME THEY HEAR IT!
1) The "news" sometimes makes things up.
2) Politicians lie.
3) Politicians have sex too.
4) The "law" is not always moral.
5) A lot of cops are dirty.
6) Cops really do have a quota to meet.
7) Young women sometimes go for older men.
8) Older women can sometimes go for younger men.
9) Men are pigs.
10) Muslims hate Christians.
11) Christians hate everyone who isn't a Christian.
12) Wicca really is a religion.
13) There are seven Wiccans living in the U.S. and five of those are in prison in South Carolina.
14) The other two are in Hollywood.
15) Sex sells.
16) Everyone lies, especially your mother.
17) If you're broke; you're single.
18) If you go to prison; you're single.
19) The United States of America is not the only country.
20) If you drink; you'll get drunk.
21) If you do drugs; you're an idiot.
22) Smoke; and you'll probably get cancer.
23) Debt is bad!
24) Married people are not single.
25) Greed, vanity, and cynicism are what drive most Americans to get up every morning.
