how can you talk appellate issues when you have a prior homicide? honestly..what good is your appeal? You have a homicide (death reduced to LWOP) and you're wasting taxpayer money fighting this one?
without going into the court docs (and possibly disclosing my identity), let's say Clark is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He is a liar and a fraud. I'll probably get banned here *yet again* but that is OK as long as I get the message out NOT TO BEFRIEND Ronald Clark, Jr. (the deathrow poet).
Josie Clark was a perfect example of the use and abuse Ronald Clark has visited on people in his life. She spent 10 years in a prison for Ronald Clark. He never even uttered her name. He never tried to vindicate her. He left her hanging to dry.
Now, let's not forget that Clark has been tried AND convicted of (two) murders. Both were death but one was overturned to life without parole.
Ronald Clark has *other* murders in his closet. You can only be put to death one time, though.
So your family is related to one of his victims? Then I´d like to say how sorry I am at your loss, as well as everybody else´s who lost a loved one by murder.
It´s a terrible pain to lose someone one loves anyway, even by natural death, but I imagine it´s a hell more terrible if it´s by a crime because then it´s so unnecessary and senseless.
Clark was found guilty of (2) homicides. Both were death cases - the first sentence was overturned and rolled to life without parole. The second homicide (Mr Willis) was a death sentence.
go away, Clark.
that is my verdict.
have a good day :)

I´m referring to the blog entry "Bad information", written on October 16, 2012.
At the moment, it´s on page 8 (at least on my computer).
As I said....
I can´t judge who´s telling the truth, Ronnie or his ex, but in that entry, he did write something about that story.
His crimes FAR surpass those for which he has been charged and convicted.
