I read the book "Seven habits of Highly Effective People". It was passed out many years ago at work. I loved it, and books like it! You can always learn something from them. I also like to read self-help book! I always seem to get something from them as well.
I agree with you on "stress"; it is necessary but too many people hang on to it. You need to know when to let go and move on! It looks like you have made tremendous progress in this area.

Great job Daniel! Keep writing....it's interesting to hear how you've gone through different phases to get to where you are now. It can be a great inspiration for other inmates that can relate to your experiences!

I think that this is a wonderful thing for the inmates. I know that it makes me feel closer to my son, that I can read something from him. It is hard to visit with the gas prices and all. But all of you keep an open mind and keep the faith.
