I mean, your body does everything it can to keep you alive, but this world makes you feel like there's no other way. I even understand why people would want to commit suicide. I've been there. You were absolutely correct when you said that I don't like math. I'm glad I only got 77.5% wrong...........x) I currently have holidays, but I could print your mazes in school! Hope I won't forget that. I'd really like to see the hidden drawings. :( What are Snowbirds and Retirees? It was interesting to read that stuff about Florida. I didn't know that it was so mixed, culturewise. I found the comments/posts.Don't really know what I should say about it. I guess I'll just keep quiet. :3 I'm glad you can listen to music. Yeah, we have lots of trains and buses that drive almost everywhere, so having no car isn't that big of a hurdle. And I think most 16/17 year olds shouldn't have the responsibality that comes with a car... I feel like there would be a lot more crashes.

I'm in Switzerland because of my parents. My mum's boyfriend is from Switzerland, so we moved there because of him. Yes! People actually speak 4 languages here. French, Italian, Swissgerman and Romansh (that's actually some weird language that only a few people talk) Mhh, my real dad is weird. My mum and him broke up when I was like.. 3? 4? And after that I only saw him a few times. We didn't have contact for years but then about one year ago I added him on facebook. Now we only write each other on holidays like Christmas or Birthdays. He's like a stranger, it's kind of sad. But I don't really want to go running after him and even if I wanted to, I don't know how I should talk to him or anything. Weird. I can't really see my stepdad as a father. But he's like a good friend, I guess?

It's amazing how many professionals like to opine about the prison experience, when in actuality, you guys in there are the ones truly EXPERIENCING prison, ffs! Out here, we're getting to the point where we're tired of recidivism, tired of our imprisoned loved ones being abused for nothing, crazy sentencing biases, ad nauseum.
I feel for you guys. My son's in Ohio 15-life for killing his baby. They called it murder, I called it involuntary manslaughter but i'm a MOM, i'm supposed to be biased and gentle on my own.... trust me, I'd love to belong to the team that hates my kid. It'd make life so much easier for me. Imagine what it must b like to be me? It's frikkin horrible. But even bigger horror is the baldfaced MURDER going on between law enforcement and blacks. If nobody will listen when the space is provided to blast what's on your mind, its their fault. Blablablabla and then they do what they want anyhow. On each side of that wall, my friend, there is pressure building toward the center. Something has to pop soon. Have faith, stay strong.

In another analysis of juvenile prevention and treatment programs, Mark Lipsey of the Vanderbilt Institute for Public Policy Studies found that youth who participate in Scared Straight and other similar deterrence programs have higher recidivism rates than youth in control groups.1 And a report presented in 1997 to the U.S. Congress reviewed more than 500 crime prevention evaluations and placed Scared Straight programs in the "what does not work" category.
