Hey David,
I am so happy to have this to send you shout outs when In between kites. I love reading all the writings you send in here. I have some more of them I will add to these as soon as I can get to them again and have a little while to type them. I "hunt and peck" one finger at a time. Takes a while for me to get I it done. I LOVE YOU, HMBS&S. Yours always, Zahra

Thank you so much for the book review! Now I know which book NOT to read this summer! Your article was very well-written, with an expansive vocabulary, hilarious sarcasm (I LOVED the excise joke!), and vivid imagery (I really liked the novice chain sculpture-Venus de Milo contrast; it's very imaginative on two levels). Please keep up the good work, Nate! I look forward to your next article!

Thanks, Rita, your quotes are really of great value!

Just want to tell here I am sitting in the dark, with only burning candles lighting the room and some smooth meditation music on the background. I find peace with myself this is necessary because I too have turbulent times at this moment...

We can always return to our centre, when we get silence in ourselves, putting down that little voice within us telling us we're worth nothing...

There's another, very much more silent voice within ourselves, the one that you only can hear when you carefully listen to it, that's our inner voice and personally I believe that through that tiny little whisper God speaks to us gentle words of Love... By the way there's a beautiful story in the Bible telling God is not in the thunder, not in the fire, but in that tiny whispering of the breeze...

Well I think I get a bit spiritual here... Hope you both don't mind, Kelly and Rita...

You both take care! I pray for both of you, if you don't mind!

Hi Bob,

I wondered how you are doing? Busy studying? Busy reading or painting?? Maybe writing a poem? ;-)
I was inspired today by a female coach on internet. I first of all liked her saying: 'You can't do everything, but you can do anything'.

She spoke about taking action and overcome our fears. Michelangelo also had fears prior to paint, but taking action can be done with fear as well. They can go together. To take confident action toward our goals and desires.
Awareness... what do I do with that thought?. Thoughts serving me or not serving me.

Taking action is more than just a way toward your goals. It's a lifestyle.

We get to pick up that brush and enjoy painting.

We are artists and our lives are our canvas. We hold the paint brush and choose the paint.

Remembering who we are. We need people who 'see' us.

We need our mirrors, our friends to take fearless action and than to transport it out to the world.

The passion for helping people.

That was mainly the inspiration I got from a female coach by internet. And I share it with you, Bob.

Have an inspirational day! your friend, Rita :-) big hug!
