Thank you for your post. I agree with you on 'Food Rules', it seems to be that more and more of the 'healthy diet' is consisting of us going back to eating like our ancestors! But some modern chefs are trying to push forward delicious, modern, healthy food- I just wish there were more of them!
I want anyone who reads this to know that Randy and I are friends from when we were stationed in Germany, I haven't seen him in over 25 years. We fell in love with the same girl and stuffed a life time of memories into a very short time. Don't take anything I write and think you know Randy or myself, remember, everthing changes everything ends. Randy everything I write stays up on the betweenthebars web site, anyone can read what is written , I don't want to hurt all the hard work you put in to better yourself,( saw your bio) very impressive.So what ever is written about the past is just that, and whatever is written about myself should not reflect what you think Randy is like, We are and always will be altar boy's.
I thought this story was amazing. I could imagine your reactions and I definitely feel the same way about ants. They are their own army, a very successful one.

Hi Andrew, My honest 2-cent. Based on what you have described, it seems like you guys are being treated like ancient slaves living in a small crowded cage far from civilization. And at the end of the day, its only taking inmates' mental and spirit to another higher level of anger, and more and more each day. Plus, rejection from their loved ones are only making things worse. This need to stop. How many ex-cons upon release are able to start their new chapter of their lives without so much vain? Im not surprised that quite many of them go back to their old dark side and end up being in the dark chamber again. This kind of crazy system in prison needs to be stopped.
