So I'll keep writing you on the world wide web, until we figure out what is best for us both, my problem is I have come to another crossroad in life and as usual have no idea what to do? My girlfriend of the past seven years and I have ended our relationship, things just changed between us,we use to laugh a lot and now we don't. Chicago is no longer my home, I left shortly after we talked on the phone, never went back. Randy about three years ago my muscles in my upper body, arms and hands started to die,my girlfriend say's to me one day what's going on with your arms, you better start working out, it's funny when you see your self ever day you don't notice the change because it happens so slow but once she had noticed the problem,it was obvious something was wrong, so I went to the VA after a lot of test they tell me that broken bone in my upper neck is cutting into my spinal cord and killing all my upper body muscles, if I don't have an operation soon all my upper body will die, not much of choice,no choice at all. Remember we're talking about my spinal cord, turns out I broke the bones in my neck playing football, and over the years the splinters started to cut through my spinal cord. Randy I'm telling you they gutted me like a fish, from the bottom of my skull to the middle of my back, seven hour surgery, after I woke up all I wanted to know is does everything move? Yes, but it was tough to walk, kinda like Frankenstein and my hands don't work great, all the muscle that had already died before the surgery will never come back, my arms are really small I wear long sleeves all the time, but the good news is I don't walk like Franky anymore, my hands are another problem, there not sure if the nerve damage is continuing to progress, it's hard to hold things,I hope it doesn't get much worse, I can barely use my thumbs now, the thumbs are more important than you realize.Don't worry I'm not done yet. Just makes me want to spend the twilight of my life with the people I really care about, unfortunately they are all gone, and right now I'm alone,
