I am scheduled to be interviewed by PRC Thursday, March 29, 2013. I am putting you on notice.
(1) I been in the RHU a total of one year prior to ten years at SCI-Greene, before coming to SCI-Forest only spending 5 days on General Population at SCI-Forest.
(2) I am requesting a thorough psychological examination test done to determine what psychological effects I suffer from prolonged isolation.
(3) I don't want [redacted] to have nothing to do with my psychological examination (my opinion) from my observation over a year in RHU I believe both are racist and practice white supremacy beliefs and manipulate prisoners' files.
(4) I feel comfortable with psychologist [redacted] (I know [redacted] from SCI Greene).
(5) I don't want any psychological examination test around no custodial staff, it violates doctor-patient privilege.
(6) I want it to be conducted in the law library.
