(1) Dr. Grassian, I been in solitary confinement almost 12-years. I am familiar with your contribution in Madrid v. Gomez among other cases. My question what you think about mentally ill prisoners in solitary confinement not being properly treated (?)
(2) Prof. Lobel, Wilkinson v. Austin case is the law of the land. You part of Russell Ghoatz committee to release him on general population after over 30+ years in solitary confinement -- Pennsylvania Department of Corrections have a manipulative sophisticated scheme of placing inmates in solitary confinement in particularly restricted release status...
...what are you and BRLT Grote going to do about 2,500 prisoners in solitary confinement and also 800 are mentally ill.
