RE: THE VOICE OF A SLAVE

Dear Listener:

On the following date, November 18, 2003, I stood in a Superior Court of the State of California, City of Vistal, location San Diego County, wherein I was convicted of the crime and charge of Petty Theft.

On February 19, 2004, in this exact same Superior Court, and in front of the same judge, I was sentenced to CDC California Department of Corrections to serve out a prison sentence of 27-to-life with the possibility of parole or until death.

The State's District attorney, who's currently now deceased after being kicked out of the DA's office for extreme misconduct, did in fact set out to make me a slave for the remainder of my life in connection with the United States Constitution's 13th Amendment.

Now I have been on the plantation for approximately 10 years and the voters of the State of California has elected to change the law that in fact did allow a bunch of corrupt politicians to place me here, and others similar alike me.

We now as a society of people has in fact reached an apex of borderline self destruction of one another, and the obvious outright total disregard for one another's self worth as a planetary race of human beings.

Governments are now practicing warfare on its own Citizens, and Capitalism, Socialism, Communism, and Democracy are all one and the same political tool of the day for a Government to oppress its own people and maintain complete control and strict obedience to Governments and its elected Officials worldwide direction for global totalitarianistical adherence to Government authority.

United States of America's prison complex, has in fact become a modern day slave plantation by political design, which houses a majority of mental incompetent individuals and homeless men and women down on their luck and in much need of assistance.

However, the only assistance you'll be afforded in American society is a plantation for political profit. Whereas, not only you as a personal individual will be the subject of financial extortion from the taxpaying citizens, but your family and friends and whoever else that lends financial support to you as well.

Unbeknowing to the society that we live in the Department of Corrections has become a corporation beyond feelings towards human life, and like any other corporation for financial profit, its sole existence is to turn a financial profit at any cost to human safety, health, welfare and mental stability of incarcerated prisoners.

An incarcerated slave on the California State plantation, has to order his or her package from a vendor package company authorized by CDC California Department of Corrections.

An incarcerated slave has to further, make pre-established calls that are authorized by CDC through Global-Tel telephone company.

All money orders, whether cashier checks or Government money orders are held thirty days by the plantation's accounting office in order for the plantation to collect financial interest unbeknown to the slave the funds were in fact sent to.

Medical and mental health drugs are tested on slaves with little regard for side effects to the slave's state of health as a result of the consumption of medication. But, who cares about a slave, after all he or she assisted in the American legal system in making him or her a slave.

SINCERELY
