In Re: FCC - TELEPHONE PROPOSAL
AND
JUVENILES IN ADULT COURT HEARING SCHEDULED FOR 3/21/13
I am writing this letter in response to the request made on our blog in connection to the impact of the high cost of phones on our family. After I read the FCC-Recommendations and Proposal Plan for the prisoners phone system I can sincerely say that it was a good job indeed. The only obstacle that I perceive is with the multiple phone companies that have different regional areas in the country. In particular when phone companies can't carry the calls if the call is originated under the contract jurisdiction of another phone company.
JUVENILES IN ADULT COURT
The other message that I want to combine with this communication is that on March 21, 2013, I will have a Court Hearing on the subject of juveniles being sentenced to different times under the same adult criminal statutes of G.L. c. 265 S 1 and 2. Those individuals who are reading my blog could respond with their opinion on the matter. I will update the information and the result of the hearing after March 21, 2013.
