Hello citizens of the free world;
If there are any of you reading this blog and interested in truth, freedom and justice, then you are my friends, and I pray that the creator of the heavens and Earth instill within your heart the desire to help me in my struggle for freedom.
I was sentenced to a life sentence in 1996, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a homicide I had no knowledge of. Through witness intimidation, prosecutorial misconduct, and the judges abuse of discretion, the state secured its conviction. The D.A. used a jailhouse informant whome I've never met, seen , or spoken to, against me to bind me over for trial.
Once bound over, they intimidated and bribed my very own cousin into testifying falsely against me. The detective working the case actually stole and withheld my mentally ill cousin's S.S.I. (Social Supplemental Income) check from the mailbox, and told him he wouldn't get it unless he cooperated and testified against me. (He receives S.S.I. because of his mental illness.) There are witnesses to this account, but I need help in contacting, interviewing and securing affidavits from these witnesses.
To compound matters, the bailiff of the court who was in continuous charge of the jury for my 3 day trial, also testified for the state against me. This violates the very foundation of the 6th Amendment Right to a fair and impartial trial by jury. It violates the long standing rules of Turner and Gonzales, even Agnew, see the following cases on "Westlaw" or "Nexis Lexis":
Turner V Louisiana, 85 Sct. 546 (1965)
Gonzales V Beto, 92 Sct. 1503 (1972)
Agnew V Leibach, 250 F3d 1123 (7th Cir. 2001)
The courts refuse to give me a evidentiary hearing on this matter. Their reasoning for not looking into my case is that there is no evidence that the bailiff was actually the jury's caretaker. This is what "evidentiary hearings" are specifically designed for, to clarify and bring forth facts and evidence.
In denying this type of hearing, everything is swept and kept under the rug, and since I'm prose and indigent it is extremely, nearly impossible to shed light on this darkness and falsehood.
If there are any lawyers, private investigators, law students, clerks, and any persons who have friends or family members of the above mentioned individuals, or any person in general, who would be willing to dedicate and share some of their time and resources, please contact them, and each other, so that we ay all network together.
There are various other gross constitutional violations and miscarriages of justice, that I can detail extensively once contacted. I have a beautiful daughter whom I've only seen and held once, when she was 4 months old. My heart andsoul has been distraught for the last past 14 years, due to me not being able to communicate eith her in any form.
My daughter's mother felt that with a life sentence I forfeited my right to know, communicate, have access and even to love her. So my friends, I humbly request any and all aid and assistance in helping me get my conviction overturned, so that I may join you in the free world and help raise my daughter.
