Hello world, sorry it took me so long to post another blog. It has been hard on the yard here, because (2) two officers got assaulted, and they had to lock the unit down for a few weeks. But now this are back to normal. Our campaign is still going along pretty well, and I have enclosed a Campaign Progress Report that I received from my attorney a few weeks back. The proposal has been designated "House Bill 2182". If you want to check the status you may do so by either logging on to www.arkleg.state.ar.us or by calling 1-501-682-7771. There isn't much we can do now but wait to see what the outcome may be. Hopefully everything works out for us, and a lot of us are allowed another chance @ life, and another chance @ proving ourselves to be productive citizens.
So please pray for us all, and thank you all that helped us make this movement materialize. Without you all this wouldn't have been possible at all. I will try to keep you all posted, but you might know the business before me. If this bill is passed our next goal is to start another campaign to get the class Y felonies retroactive.
