Do ya think drugs are cool
yea think they get you through the day
Well hear it from this ole fool
drugs are not the healthiest way
Drugs distract you from the way you think
That leads you to a life of crime
Then quicker than the eye can blink
Before you know it, you're sitting in a cell, such as this, doing time
They take you to very dark places
And make you make stupid choices
Oh then you will begin to see unknown faces
Once again, pretty soon you're "seeing" voices
Paranoia has got its hold on you
Oh so many lives drugs have laid to waste
Even your families start to become blue
And slowly your blood begins to turn to paste
Do ya think they just destroy your homes
Their power is oh so great
They also destroy innocent lives, like military drones
Before you realize it, its too damn late
So, please allow this clean ole fool to help you think
Remember all the things I've shared above
Before they throw dirt on your face, and you start to stink
Believe me when I say, I've seen it all too often
I don't want to see you thrown into the very next coffin
