haigb,

Your thoughts are much appreciated. Anyone can get a copy of these records via a Freedom of Information request to the Connecticut Department of Correction, 24 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, CT 06109, ATTN:FOI Administrator. Request the "ARREST LOG" of all Department of Correction employees. It's possible that it could be sent electronically. Check with the Freedom of Information Commission. There's a good chance that the D.O.C. won't be honest with you. They don't want this getting out. E-mailing complaints to the media and lawmakers would go a long way also. CNN wanted to interview me about this issue but D.O.C. shut that right down.

Due to the FOI request, and diligence on my part, a law was past to keep not just me but all prisoners from obtaining and exposing this information. Since exposing this secret I've been targeted and transferred twice after utilising my first Amendment Rights. This is why most prisoners in this state won't say anything. Their problem is... I'm not from this state!

Thanks for your comments. I'm encouraged.

Rich
