I walked around with a gluttonous attitude,
A hate filled heart a man with no gratitude.
I thought everything in life was mine for the taking,
but it's put me in this situation so I must of been mistaken.
I harbored a malicious mind and never showed no passion,
Only worried about money, hoes, and the next new fashion.
It's like I was drowning within my minds own commotion,
and instead of evaluating my next move I acted on emotion.
Everyday I pray to God in hopes my intellect won't be restrained,
and my emotions will leak through this pen so my thoughts won't be contained.

Long have I walked around with a chip on my shoulder; angry at the world for various reasons. I feel like I'm finally ready to face my demons & the skeletons in my closet. Thank you for pouring your honesty and emotions out on a page. I truly enjoy reading your blogs :)
