"Anyone who is that angry is not angry at external things: they are angry at self.
They hate themselves but cannot allow themselves to cognate that,it is too painfull to grasp, so they employ the defense mechanism of displacement.
Their anger is displaced on those they force themselves to view as less than. This can lead to suicide and murder.
The internal stockpile of hatred anger and despair has to burst out someday."

Has the penny finally dropped? I tried to explain that your bile was eating you alive but I could not explain the reasoning as eloquently as you. Perhaps this self-realisation may help you let go of your self hate before one of the two options you give occur. As an inmate convicted of manslaughter I fear we know the most likely scenario.

I pray for the safety of DOC employees and inmates!
