Thank you for reading my blog and for your words of encouragement and well wishes. I am doing my very best in this litigation that has been going on for five years, and still counting. Two successful appellate decisions in my favor thus far, and I am currently doing research and drafting my third appeal of rulings and other acts and omissions by Judge Lori C. Hockett (see: Lakeith Amir-Sharif vs. Texas Dept. of Family and Protective Services and Texas Attorney General Appeal No. #05-13-00958).
Previous appellate decisions at:

Lori C. Hockett is not the only Dallas County District Court judge worthy of close scrutiny, and the voters' chopping block in this upcoming election. Judge Carter Thompson of the Criminal District Court No. #05 has refused and failed to comply with a February 9, 2012 federal court order remanding my habeas corpus petition back to the trial court for further proceedings (See: Lakeith Amir-Sharif vs. Brad Livingston, USDC No. #PE: 11-CV-00047-RAJ).
The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is intervening and an order from that court regarding Judge Thompson's action is expected very soon (See: In Re: Lakeith Amir-Sharif, Appeal No# 13-50253).
